This is a special species of Calathea because it was man made in a lab in 2007 and started to sell in 2013. It took a bit of time to perfect it…and some plant lovers would say “perfect it they did”.
The Calathea white fusion is quite an eyecatcher with its leaves of varying green, pink and lilac. Like most prayer plants, it will hold its leaves differently as the light changes around it which allows the plant to show off every inch of the gorgeous leaves.
