Philodendron squamiferum

Also known as the Red Bristle Philodendron or the ‘hairy’ Philodendron, the squamiferum is a relatively rare species. Noted for its hairy stems that develop a red hue, and the oak-shaped leaves with five lobes giving the plant an exotic appeal. The long leaves of this species have a glossy green finish that contrasts beautifully with its textured petioles.
